Bistro Campagne is a friendly neighborhood restaurant in the tradition of a true French bistro. Opened in 2002 by Chef Michael Altenberg, Bistro Campagne immediately became a favorite of diners from all over the city & suburbs.
Our staff just recently visited Living Water Farms and Kilgus Dairy to get some hands on experience with our local purveyors. Living Water Farms is an unbelievably high tech hydroponic farm providing all of our greens and cucumbers, and Kilgus dairy is an all natural dairy with the BEST soft serve ice cream ever! What an exhilarating experience for us and what an amazing group of family farmers.
